Q. How often will I get home?
A. The amount of time spent over the road depends on what
division you are working in. Normal home time is 14 days
working with 2 days home. You earn 1 day off for every 7
days worked.
Q. Does Gordon Trucking have it's own truck driving school?
A. No, but we have a new driver training program for students
completing a commercial course.
Q. What is GTI's pet policy?
A. No pets are allowed in company trucks.
Q. Does GTI have a rider program?
A. Yes we do at no cost, but with some restrictions.
Q. What type of trucks do you operate?
A. We use Freightliner trucks with 10 speed transmissions.
Q. What type of trailers do you use?
A. 48' and 53' reefers, dry vans and doubles
Q. What endorsements do you require?
A. We require hazmat and doubles.
Q. Do you offer any type of tuition reimbursement?
A. Yes, we will pay up to $3000 of your tuition if requirements are met.
Q. What type of driving positions do you offer?
A. We need OTR drivers primarily, but have Regional, Heavy
Haul and Local depending on availability.

How much hand unloading do you have?
A. We are 93% no touch and pay for lumpers.
Q. How long is your orientation and where is it held?
A. Orientation is 3 days long beginning Tuesdays and is
held at our Headquarters in Pacific, WA and at our terminal
in Turlock, CA.
