full time drivers and administered through
Trusteed Plans Service Corporation. Details

Assistance Program
- A confidential counseling and referral service
- Up to three hours of consultation per year
for employees and covered dependants.

Life
Insurance
- GTI provides life insurance and accidental
death insurance
- Benefit amounts are $26,000 your first year
with GTI and an amount equal to one year your
regular taxable earnings there after.
- GTI also makes optional life insurance available
to you through payroll deduction and group rates.

401K
- GTI employees are eligible to participate
within six months of hire date.
- The GTI 401K plan allows employees to save
for their retirement by contributing up to 60%
to a maximum of $12,000.
- GTI will match $1 for every $1 you contribute
up to 3% of your gross taxable earnings.
- You are 100% vested in your employee contribution
balances
- Company match dollars are subject to a vesting
schedule (more details available).
